Job Description

McLean Construction Group is hiring experienced Accountants to support financial reporting, budgeting, payroll management, taxation, and project accounting operations for international construction projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with finance teams and project managers to ensure financial accuracy and compliance across company operations.

This role comes with Visa Sponsorship for qualified international applicants, including accommodation support where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Manage payroll, invoicing, and project accounting records
• Monitor budgets and project expenditures
• Support tax preparation and audit processes
• Reconcile financial accounts and transactions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting certification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
