Job Description

We are hiring Cost Control Managers to oversee financial performance, forecasting, and cost optimization for major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets and financial performance
• Prepare cost analysis and forecasting reports
• Identify financial risks and cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with project managers and finance teams
• Ensure cost control procedures are properly implemented

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years cost control experience
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills
