Job Description

McLean Construction Group is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across international construction, engineering, infrastructure, and project management operations.

The successful candidate will analyze operational, financial, procurement, workforce, and project performance data to help improve efficiency, reduce costs, optimize resources, and support strategic planning across global projects.

This position offers Visa Sponsorship for qualified international applicants, including accommodation and transportation support where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large construction and operational datasets
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management teams
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, timelines, and productivity trends
• Support forecasting, risk analysis, and project performance evaluation
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions
• Prepare reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or related platforms
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, procurement, and project management teams
• Maintain accurate databases and reporting systems
• Assist management with strategic planning and business intelligence reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across company systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools
• Experience analyzing financial, operational, or construction-related data is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
