Job Description

McLean Construction Group is looking for experienced Construction Managers to supervise field operations and ensure construction projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to approved engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and technical teams
• Ensure quality and safety compliance
• Monitor construction progress and resolve site challenges
• Prepare operational reports and project updates

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years construction supervision experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
