Job Description

McLean Construction Group is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and manage the company’s global construction operations. The successful candidate will lead operational strategy, project execution, workforce coordination, and international business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day international construction operations
• Coordinate project delivery across multiple regions
• Improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Supervise departmental managers and project directors
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Drive company growth and strategic expansion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration
• Minimum 10 years leadership experience in large-scale construction projects
• Strong international project management experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
