Job Description

McLean Construction Group is hiring experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Managers to oversee occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance across international projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and international HSE standards
• Lead incident investigations and emergency response planning
• Train employees on workplace safety practices

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• International HSE certifications preferred
• Minimum 5 years HSE management experience
