Job Description
McLean Construction Group is hiring experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Managers to oversee occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance across international projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and international HSE standards
- Lead incident investigations and emergency response planning
- Train employees on workplace safety practices
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- International HSE certifications preferred
- Minimum 5 years HSE management experience
