Responsibilities
- Prepare project cost estimates and budgets
- Monitor project expenditures and valuations
- Evaluate contractor claims and variations
- Support tender preparation and contract management
- Ensure cost efficiency across projects
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management
