Job Description

McLean Construction Group is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for international roadworks, earthworks, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, graders, cranes, and loaders
• Perform routine equipment inspections
• Ensure safe operation of heavy machinery
• Support earthmoving and construction activities
• Report equipment faults and maintenance needs

Requirements

• Valid heavy equipment operating certification
• Minimum 5 years operating experience
• Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures
