Job Description

We are seeking experienced HR and Recruitment Managers to support workforce planning, international recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Manage employee relations and workforce policies
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs
• Support international staffing and mobility processes
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years HR or recruitment experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
