Job Description

McLean Construction Group is seeking Commercial Managers to oversee financial performance, commercial strategy, contract administration, and profitability across international construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial operations and contract performance
• Monitor project profitability and financial risks
• Lead commercial negotiations and claims management
• Coordinate with project managers and finance teams
• Prepare commercial reports and forecasts

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years commercial management experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
