Job Description
McLean Construction Group is recruiting experienced Auditing Staff to support internal financial audits, compliance reviews, operational assessments, and risk management activities across international construction projects.
The successful candidate will help ensure financial accuracy, operational transparency, and compliance with company and international regulatory standards.
This role includes Visa Sponsorship for qualified international applicants where necessary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Review financial records and operational procedures
- Identify financial risks and process weaknesses
- Prepare audit reports and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards
- Support management during external audits and investigations
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional audit or accounting certification is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years auditing or accounting experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good understanding of financial controls and compliance procedures
