Job Description

McLean Construction Group is seeking experienced Scaffolding Staff to support safe access solutions and structural support systems across international construction and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will assist with the assembly, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding systems while ensuring strict compliance with safety standards.

This role offers Visa Sponsorship for qualified international applicants, including accommodation support where necessary.

Responsibilities

Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely
Inspect scaffolding systems for safety compliance
Support construction teams with elevated work access
Follow workplace safety procedures and regulations
Maintain scaffolding tools and equipment
Report safety concerns and structural issues immediately

Requirements

Relevant scaffolding certification or trade qualification
Minimum 5 years scaffolding experience in construction projects
Good knowledge of scaffolding safety standards
Ability to work at heights and in demanding site conditions
